Returns & Exchanges

We know you’re busy, and only want you to wear something that makes you feel confident, so please follow our tips to ensure a speedy returns process.

To be eligible your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The wash bag is a gift from us to you and need not be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Merchandise should be returned within 14 days of dispatch for AU and 21 days of dispatch for customers internationally.
  • Merchandise must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • The original invoice as proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@onepdesign.com.au.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@onepdesign.com.au and send your item to Shop 41, 197-215 Condamine St, Balgowlah NSW 2093,  Australia.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Shop 41, 197-215 Condamine St, Balgowlah NSW 2093 Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
